Please have your cookies enabled, or the shopping cart may not work properly for you. Some small servers and some programs like Firefox routinely have problems with some shopping sites. Ask any teenager or young adult for help with that - I am not good with computers. If you still have problems you can write down your total with shipping and go to www.paypal.com; from there go to the send money tab and type in the payment to firmeadow@charter.net. Of course, we continue to take payments via snail mail too. If you use electronic checks or debit cards those can take a week or longer to clear; your order will be shipped after it clears. Orders by check and book orders by check will also need to clear before they are mailed. You can avoid this wait by sending a postal money order in US dollars. I am able to cash those at the post office, so they clear immediately. Our office is not able to take phone orders at this time.
If you choose to use Paypal as your payment option, please note that your order will be shipped by US Postal Service to the address on your Paypal account.
Our hours are normally Monday through Friday 1pm to 4pm. We are closed all postal holidays. Orders in by 9am Pacific Standard Time are usually mailed that day with flat rate shipping. Please supply your regular US MAIL address (especially any post office box you may have) when you log in so that your order is not delayed. If you are outside of the US, please provide a secure address where US Mail can be received. We are not responsible for mail once we deliver it to the post office. Consider insurance if you would like to. We are not responsible for any duties or customs that may be imposed at the border.
